A St. Charles-based credit union is working with a software fintech to launch a new cloud-based online and mobile banking platform in mid-May. Vantage Credit Union signed a multi-year contract in November 2022 with Lumin Digital, a firm based in San Ramon, California, specializing in helping credit unions build and deploy digital experiences with the goal of growing their membership. Vantage declined to offer details of the arrangement. Lumin Digital's platform will support the credit union's ability to create customized experiences including spending insights, financial advice, savings goals and fraud alerts, said Dan Jones, chief information officer for Vantage.
